Since 2008, the U.S. Soccer Heroes 501(c3) non-profit organization has fostered a unique partnership between civilians and members of the American first responder community to build bridges and promote positive social change. Our mission is simple – use the power of soccer to support the men and women who give so much to protect our nation each and every day and help foster positive relationships within our diverse community.
On Sunday, September 22, 2019, we will continue that commitment by teaming up with the MLS powerhouse team, The New York Red Bull, in a special double-header match as our first responder team faces our civilian player team at the N.Y. Red Bull Arena located in Harrison, New Jersey.
With attendance of upwards of 20,000 soccer fans, this double-header match offers an exceptional opportunity to not only support and honor our valued first responders, but also reinforce why building positive community ties are essential to help and protect our communities.
